NEW Isotonic Mattress Construction
The Isotonic mattress is covered in handsome 100% 3 ply Belgium circular double knit stretch fabric with Damask blend dobby sidewalls. This gives an incredibly soft yet supportive feel.
The mattress topper is constructed of Protech Fire Wrap quilted with a 1” layer of Hypersoft polyester fiber. This unique material provides added breathability while still responding to your body temperature and pressure.
Underneath is a generous 3 inch layer of Carpenter’s new 3.8 lb density Super Temperature Sensitive visco foam. In the Isotonic Mattress, this new visco elastic memory foam reacts faster to body temperature than the older styles.
The support layer of Carpenter’s Isotonic Mattresses is 7 inches of unbeatable OMALON processed foam. This exclusive Carpenter Company product will never fatigue or “bottom out” like some types of matress product. This superior technology provides consistently superior support while you sleep, disallowing the ‘sleeping trough’ that may develop in other mattresses.
The Tru-Lock Foundation for Your New Isotonic Mattress
The innovative Isotonic Tru-lock module foundation is a new modified spring technology made from tempered steel providing a spring that is practically indestructible.

When compared to “semi-flex” units, our foundation is much more resilient, providing enhanced appreciation of the comfort layer of the Isotonic Mattress. Our foundation also eliminates the bouncy feel often found in conventional coil spring mattresses.
The Tru-lock 7” foundation is custom made to fit perfectly with the 10.5” Isotonic Mattress for a full 17.5” profile providing a complete experience of a superior, luxurious product.
The Isotonic Mattress may be purchased with or without the foundation. We recommend that you use a very good quality foundation without dips or rivets to provide proper support and maximize the revolutionary memory foam experience of the Isotonic Mattresses.
